Global Supply Chain

Jallz Stores partners with some of the biggest players in the supply chain sectors. Especially we have in principle agree with the continental airlines such as Ethiopian, Kenyan Airways and Asky Airline to provide airfreight service to us. Further have engaged main shipping companies such as MSC, MAESK to provide shipping of food commodities across the continent. Further we are working with various clearing houses and insurance companies in Africa to provide the necessary facility and services to ensure speedy transaction at the point of clearing and of the commodities.

Africa is home to a diverse range of players in the global supply chain. These include logistics specialists, manufacturers, retailers, and consumers. Logistics specialists are responsible for managing inventory and transportation, while manufacturers produce goods for consumption. Retailers provide access to goods and services to consumers, while consumers purchase products from retailers.

The challenges affecting Africa’s supply chain development include poor transport infrastructure in inventory management processes, haphazard regulations, inadequate technology adoption, and a lack of skilled personnel. To address these issues, many African countries have begun looking at ways to improve their manufacturing capabilities and invest in new technologies such as automation and the Internet of Things (IoT). This has led to an increase in the number of CEOs in transport logistics and supply chain roles across the continent.

In addition to these players, there are also organizations that are dedicated to helping Africa develop its supply chains. The Supply Chain Lab is one such organization that works with African governments to analyze existing supply chains and identify areas for improvement. They also work with businesses to help them become more efficient and resilient in the face of disruption.

Overall, Africa has a wide range of players involved in its global supply chain who are working together to make it more efficient and resilient. By investing in new technologies such as automation and IoT, as well as improving infrastructure and regulations, Africa can continue to build on its strengths in this area.
