  • Zucchini Pesto Pizza – Swap out regular pizza dough for zucchini slices topped with homemade pesto sauce and your favorite veggies.
  • Vegetarian Chili – The robust flavors of chili combined with beans and vegetables make this a meal you won’t forget anytime soon.
  • Eggplant Parmesan – Layer eggplant slices between tomato sauce and mozzarella cheese for an Italian classic without the meat.
